What is the delivery time?
In-stock products are delivered within 1-3 working days by courier. Made-to-order products have a lead time confirmed with the order, depending on the complexity of the model.
Can I order a custom chandelier?
Yes. FD.STIL has been designing and manufacturing custom chandeliers since 1991: dimensions, finish, number of arms and lampshades of your choice. Send a sketch or a photo to office@fdstil.com or call +40 790 360 000.
Do the displayed prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on the website include VAT and are expressed in Romanian lei (RON).
Do the products come with a certificate?
Yes, every lighting fixture comes with a certificate of authenticity and complies with the mandatory European (CE) certification for electrical products.
Where can I see the products before buying?
Products are on display in the ARTinterior store in the Baneasa Feeria shopping area (Bucharest). The FD.STIL workshop is located at 4 Ion Sahighian St., District 3, Bucharest, open Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00.
Do you ship outside Romania?
