Delivery outside Romania

We ship worldwide. Pieces made in our Bucharest workshop have gone to Paris, London, Dubai and New York. A chandelier is not sent like an ordinary parcel, though: cost and timing are worked out for each piece, according to its dimensions, weight and destination — which is why you will not find a fixed rate here, but rather how we arrive at one.

How to find out the cost

Send us the catalogue code of the piece (or a photograph, if it is a custom commission) and the delivery city. We reply within 2 working days with the shipping cost and the time to destination.

The cost depends on four things: the size of the assembled piece, its weight, the fragility of any glass or crystal components, and the distance. A textile lampshade and a two-metre polycandelon do not travel the same way.

What we take care of

Packing — pieces are dismantled as far as necessary and packed on their frame in the workshop, not at the courier.
Accompanying documents — the invoice and the paperwork customs needs travel with the shipment.
Certificate of authenticity and CE conformity for every light fitting.
Installation instructions and remote support for your electrician.

Customs and import duties

There are no customs duties for destinations within the European Union. Outside the EU, import duties and local VAT depend on the destination country and apply to the declared value — we tell you exactly what applies in your case together with the shipping quote, so there are no surprises on delivery.

How long it takes

Delivery time has two parts: production and transport. Made-to-order pieces are ready in 4-6 weeks, and transport is added after that. For pieces held in stock, only the transport remains.

If you have a fixed date — a reception, an opening, the completion of a site — tell us at the outset. The order of work in the workshop can be arranged, but not retroactively.

Years later, if something breaks

The moulds and drawings for every model stay in the workshop. A broken arm or a missing crystal can be remade identically and sent on its own, anywhere in the world, without dismantling the fitting or shipping it back.
