Design and production under one roof
A pencil, a sheet of paper and the designer's hand — a new story begins with a sketch; then, patiently, the details follow, and at the end, the image of a chandelier destined to become part of legend.
FD.STIL (F.D.Stil International Art) produce corpuri de iluminat la comandă din 1991, în atelierul propriu din București — candelabre, aplice, plafoniere, lampadare și abajururi textile, în 14 stiluri arhitecturale, de la bizantin la modern. Producem toate componentele după desenele noastre, fără să cumpărăm nimic din exterior: turnare, prelucrare, finisare manuală și montaj sub același acoperiș. În 35 de ani am executat 2.788 de proiecte, printre care candelabrele Art Nouveau ale Cazinoului din Constanța — distinse cu Premiul Uniunii Arhitecților 2025 —, corpuri de iluminat pentru Banca Națională a României, Ateneul Român, Palatul Cotroceni, hoteluri ca JW Marriott și Sheraton București, plus lucrări livrate la Paris și New York. Orice piesă din catalog se execută în altă dimensiune, alt finisaj sau alt număr de brațe, iar matrițele rămân în atelier — o serie începută se poate completa și după ani.
For the Constanța Casino we crafted, one by one, over 650 opal glass petals, mounted on hand-finished solid brass structures.
